“Bullet Proof Your Body” assessment is a program we use to assess for a players possible injury risk, to establish if there is a biomechanical relationship to improve performance, to reduce a players pain and to keep them on the field having fun all season.
This program is used by our team to assess all Ainslie Football club NEAFL and 1st Grade players now we are offering it to you! The program includes:
Comprehensive Examination
1. Full Biomechanical assessment – This subjective and objective exam will assess joint range of motion, flexibility, body position and foot posture. (value $125)
2. Video gait analysis – undertaken to establish walking and running gait (value $65)
3. 3D pressure analysis – shows the contact points of the lower limb , possible fatigue areas and obtain possible injury risk (value $75)
This will be undertaken as part of Ainslie Football Club at only $75.00 (value $265.00)
