Join Our Free Training Runs

The Walking Clinic and The Canberra Physio Clinic are proud to host free weekly training runs in collaboration with Sole Motive for The Canberra Times Fun Run.

As the official training group for the Canberra Times Fun Run, this training group will cater for all fitness levels and all distances. There will be groups for 5K, 10K and half marathon participants. Within those there will be multiple groups allowing for various distances and speeds so that people of all levels are welcome!

Join us every Sunday at 8am in the lead up to race day for community training sessions on the lawn in front of the National Library.

Each week, you’ll be supported by a team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and podiatrists, on hand and participating to answer your questions, provide expert advice, and help you feel confident and prepared for race day.
