How to prepare for the Canberra Times Fun Run

It’s almost race day, and we’re so excited to be supporting this year’s big event! If you’re competing in the Canberra Times Fun Run, take note of these handy tips to get your pre-race ready.

✔️ Eat a healthy, nourishing meal the night prior;

✔️ Hydrate but don’t overdo it;

✔️ Get plenty of sleep;

✔️ Avoid alcohol & caffeine;

✔️ Prepare everything the night prior!

✔️ Don’t forget to stretch before and after the race.
